September 20th, 2021: This week was my first week back at school from when I was out for COVID-19. I spent my class time completing any missing work that I had. The first thing I did was do my Thrively assessment. https://www.thrively.com/dashboard/child/1112717/report I also started my inquiry project bracket to help me choose what topic I wanted to do. https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1gF9vsbbmxl4kFHyDjyEosNb8YbvExd3SPXVdrvbMnKc/edit#slide=id.p Since I had only been to about 2 classes, I also wanted to develop a better understanding of what Legacy is. I did this by talking to Mrs. Miklavic and my friends in the class. My friends were a big help since they had been to all the classes. The last thing I wanted to do this week was figure out my topic and see if I could start my website.

September 27, 2021: This week I focused on figuring out what I wanted to do for my project. I started this by writing my driving question, which is "People in our community should choose adoption as opposed to shopping for dogs." https://docs.google.com/document/d/1KvsKM4qAR2HTYeFA7V0nwc1gijLbBt9MZLrF9iH-85E/edit I decided on this question because it perfectly describes what I want to make my whole project about. On Tuesday, I started making my website on Weebly. I found my format, and set up the pages I wanted to have on my website. Later this week, I continued updating my website (added pictures and personalized it), and started my inquiry project planner. I only got about halfway done with this, but it helped my organize my project and make it more clear. I also talked to Mrs. Miklavic and my friends for tips since I was still new to the class.
